The Know-How transfer is realized with workshops, which take place before implementing
new and innovative technologies. Hereby, the customer has the possibility of bringing
in own ideas and suggestions already during the conception phase.
Besides customer specific workshops, we also offer the possibility to train the
employees in common techniques and/or applications. We are offering trainings for
ITIL, so that created processes are not only implemented, but also lived.
