Windows Rights management is an integral Office Professional and Windows Server 2003 component since the end of 2003. RMS enables companies to determine who is able to open, edit, print or forward documents; even an expiration date is configurable for these data. These files can be copied - or drawn by drag and drop - into the configurable directory topology of the application. Furthermore the application is able to send the according files per email or store them at a specific location.
